    Probably one of the best wing stop locations. Staff are nice and friendly.
    The manager made sure that we are being helped.
    Portions were decent.
    Their favorite item would be their chicken wings.
    They have a large variety of dressings.

    Gave this place ANOTHER chance, and they terribly failed. You can not make this stuff up. Here is the series of events that went down.

    Ordered 20 of their limited time Harrisa Lemon Pepper wings online, picked up the order, and got home and checked the wings. Oh, surprise, surprise: they were plain.

    We then called the store and told them our order was wrong. They told us to keep the plain wings, and promised us another entire order of the correct wings. We were happy, and agreed after they told us our new order would be done in 20 minutes.

    We arrived to the store 20 minutes later and told them we just called about a wrong order.

    The guy that spoke to us on the phone acted like he had absolutely NO IDEA what the hell we were talking about. He ASKED us what we wanted as if he never even paid attention, let alone started the order, and would you be surprised if I told you that my gut feeling proved me right about him not starting the order right after we called? OF COURSE THEY DIDN'T.  

    We waited there another 15 minutes at the store for our order to be remade. Before we left, I looked in the bag and didn't see the extra sauce they promised me. I asked for it, (mind you we bought 20 wings) and he comes back with a small dipping cup of it. Now, I can say that I checked the wings, but I wasn't able to tell that they were incorrect because the smell of wings throughout the entire store, but that is still not my fault that they were incorrect - for the second time.

    We got home, excited to dig in, when low and behold, our order was wrong AGAIN. They gave us the Cajun-flavored wings, NOT the Harrisa Lemon Pepper ones.

    Again, you CAN'T make this up. I understand they tried to rectify the situation, but so much happened within a short period of time, and it's beyond frustrating. I'm surprised they're still standing. It's confirmed that I will absolutely never be going back there again. I'll be sure to tell my friends and family to stay away from that location. I'll also be calling their general store manager about all of this.

    I came to Yelp to give a negative review based on 2 separate occasions, both with the same main issue, poor service/slow service.  I realize after reading the reviews below that this would be a waste of my time, as many others have already pointed this out.

    I will; however, vent on my most recent (and final) experience,  I ordered a 30 pack to go (nothing out of the ordinary) at 5:39pm and did not receive my order until 6:27pm.  

    When I arrived to order, there was no one in line in front of me and only 2 other customers in the restaurant. I was not given a wait time and assumed it would not take even 30 minutes to get my order. It took nearly an hour. To top it off, the order I received was incomplete. Fortunately for me, I decided to check the order prior to leaving and ultimately found my assumption of poor service had been confirmed. Upon realizing I was missing part of my order, I approached the counter and over heard an employee state, "don't trip, if he notices he will just come back."

    I do enjoy Wingstop, but I will NEVER visit the Camarillo location again.

    **updated: Ric's right next door has amazing wings. Although expensive, I would gladly pay more for better service.

    I have nothing bad to say about the food. The food is very good, and has been every time I've come here. My main issue is how long it takes to get your food-- last time I went with two friends and it took us 45 minutes to get our food. I don't fault the staff for this, because I only saw one person at the register and one guy in the back cooking, especially given the fact it was fairly busy due to the fact it was a Saturday.

    The staff seemed exhausted but were nevertheless polite and managed smiles when I spoke to them, and I have nothing bad to say about them. I just think this place is very understaffed; I pity the employees for having to balance all that they do, if my observations are correct. They're humans, not robots.

    Curly red head girl wouldn't take our order 5 minutes BEFORE they closed. You aren't even closed yet, what do you mean you're "no longer taking orders"? Suck a fat one wing stop.
